ALL SALES AND SERVICES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES (NO EXCEPTIONS). I UNDERSTAND I AM PURCHASING A FINAL SALE/SERVICE TO WHICH I WILL NOT DISPUTE ANY TRANSACTION WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR BANK TO WHICH THE CARD/CHECK IS CONNECTED TO.

 

The dress must be paid in Full upfront and (if) there is a Remaining balance it MUST be paid within 6 months of the date of purchase and you will be taking the dress with you. If you change your wedding date to a future date ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY THE ORIGINAL WEDDING DATE. If your new date is more than 6 months after the original date given you must pick up your dress or pay storage fees. Any merchandise left at Bridalxoxo for over 30 days will be returned to Bridalxoxo inventory and any payments made will be forfeited.

 

Alteration must be paid in full at the time of your fitting. A $350.00 pinning fee will be applied to any cancelled alteration after the pinning is started within your scheduled appointment. Any time after any scheduled appointment there will be NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! ALL ALTERATIONS SERVICES ARE FINAL. Bridalxoxo is not responsible for garments purchased at this store or your own personal gown or dress left beyond seven(7) days of a scheduled pick up date.

 

Once the merchandise is removed from the store, Bridalxoxo is no longer responsible for my merchandise, or alteration fees of any kind. If you accept a garment without a final try-on, Bridalxoxo is not responsible once the garment is off the premises. You agree with the designer, style, color and size for each item ordered and that measurements and/or length may not be exact. Bridalxoxo will be assisting in determining your size. Also purchasing a floor sample item. it is sold in "As is" condition. Cleaning, repairs are extra charge.

The cost of any fixing and cleaning is your responsibility.
